At DatingProfileSearch.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy is simple and important. We designed this site to help people, no matter who they are or where they are, to look up public profiles with no account required and with confidential searches. On this page, you can see what we do—and what we deliberately don’t do—with your data.
1) What we collect
- No accounts. You can use the dating profile finder tool and site without creating an account or logging in. Also, we do not maintain a user database, and we care about our users and their privacy.
- No saved searches. The text you type into the Dating Profile Search Box is used to perform the internal search and is not stored to identify you later. Most other sites do that, but we respect that everyone should search and stay 100% private.
- Minimal technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically receive basic but short-lived technical information (e.g., IP address, user agent, error codes) that the system needs to deliver the pages to your web browser and keep the service secure. In addition, we do not combine these logs to build profiles about you.
2) Your searches stay confidential
The search for users on dating websites and apps starts with some inputs that include username, name, email address, or phone number. So these are needed to scan for publicly accessible profiles on dating apps and sites. Moreover, we do not sell, rent, or trade search queries with anyone or any third party. And we do not create a server history of your searches that’s tied back to you.
3) External links and partner checks
Sometimes we show an optional button to run a broader check on a trusted partner’s site. Thus, if you click that button, we may pass the same text you entered (for example, the username) to the partner so they can start the search there. That will save you a lot of time trying to type that same text again there. In all cases, remember that it's optional to visit any partner we recommend; when you do, you are subject to that site’s own privacy policy and terms.
4) Cookies & analytics
We try to keep tracking to a minimum, so if we ever add strictly necessary cookies (for example, to defend against abuse) or privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic, we will update this policy and clearly explain what’s used and why. Unlike other dating profile finder tools, we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.
5) Information sharing
- No selling of personal data. We do not sell your personal information or your searches.
- Service providers. We may use reputable hosting or security providers to operate the site. So, they process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to comply with the law or court orders or to protect the security of the service and its users.
6) Data retention
